  • All staff to be row called in the morning- Staff checks where done in the morning first thing to make sure all the staff pitched for work
  • Stock checks- after all the staff have been row called, me and the Wearhouse stock manager walked through the Wearhouse to make sure that all the stock are inhouse to distribute to allocated sites
  • Ordering of material if needed- if there were stock short, I ordered it right away to ensure on-time arrival to complete sites on time
  • Truck offloads (Material)- all interlink truck offloads with material were supervised by me to ensure offloads running smooth and no material gets damaged
  • Sight supervisor Fitment of kitchens- all sites allocated to my name were under my supervision to ensure fitment to the finest detail, all tools and consumables needed on site were provided to the staff by me
  • Snags supervisor- All snags were pointed out by me
  • All snags were marked, and staff were allocated back to the units to correct the snags to ensure handover of the unit is perfect
  • Safety checks- I made sure that all staff always made use of their safety equipment, all staff had to wear safety glasses, reflective vests, safety shoes as well as hand gloves
  • Allocate all staff to planned units to fit kitchens, all planning were done according to unit material being offloaded at the Wearhouse
  • All sights to be in order after workday- all sites were walked through after working day to ensure all unit kitchens were fitted correctly and fitted to the finest detail, if not the snagging process were used
  • All staff time sheets/unit fitment- all staff time sheets were under my watch to make sure all the staff payments were sorted every fortnight
