- Over my 13 years at the Medupi Power Station in Lephalale, I Monitored and Reported on the Safety, Quality and Progress of the various Contractors on site, to Site Management
- No LTI's were reported during my 13 years+ period on site
- At times, I had 12 + various projects under my Supervision, running concurrently
- I managed to obtain 6 Eskom awards during this period
- Three of these awards being National safety awards.

- For 10 year’s year I was the Managing Member of my own Construction Company (Bob A Job cc) in the town of Tzaneen, in the province of Limpopo, South Africa
- I managed and supervised various Civil and Building construction projects, in the Tzaneen area, of the Limpopo province
- The building inspector of the Tzaneen Municipality, recommended me as " the Best Builder" in the district
- I never used to advertise my work ...
- All my work came from "word of mouth" because of my quality work
- I was a member of the N.H.B.R.C

- I offered "Turn key Building projects” for my clients
- I produced construction drawings for my clients, and sent the drawings to the local Municipality for acceptance
- I was a Labour Broker to a farmer in the area
- I had a transport contract with Game Warehouse to deliver goods to clients in the surrounding villages/areas.

- The Construction Department
- The Buying Department,
- The Central Stores,
- The Carpenter Shop and the Estates' Ramadiepa Shop
- I ran the NOSA-star Safety Department for the Estate
- Implemented of the new ISO 9002 Quality Assurance program at the Packhouse
- During my 13 years at Westfalia Estate, Tzaneen, Limpopo Province, as Services Manager, my achievements were:
- The Management and implementation of the Estates' Occupational Health and Safety program
- From a zero-star grading to a 4-star grading, that was achieved in 8 months
- The Implementation, co-ordinating, and running of the new ISO 9002 Quality Assurance program at the Estate's Packhouse, from the beginning to accreditation
- Accreditation was achieved in a record time of 7 months
- The Landscaping of the Estates gardens, the Swimming pool, the Tennis courts, and guest house maintenance were under my wing
- I implemented a 3 year maintenance cycle on all the buildings on the Estate which include 352 workers houses; 21 staff houses; the trusties guest house, the memorial building; the administration building; the training centre; the packhouse; the Workshops; the stores; the laboratory; the nursery and the roads.
