• Improve and maintain internal accounting records to ensure reliability and integrity of financial management information systems, documentation, and reports
• Review monthly financial transactions and reconcile account payable, receivable, and other balance sheet account items to the general ledger and promptly resolved discrepancies
• Execute finance and accounting functions including asset management, cash flow in line with generally accepted accounting principles and all other applicable laws, rules, and guidelines
• Accurately capture invoices using SageX3 system and create remittances for all suppliers for rental, mid-month, and months end to inform proper financial decision
