- Bleaching & Neutralizing:
- Transfer oils/fats to the Multi Purpose vessels
- Conduct the Bleaching & Neutralizing process
- Filter bleached oils/fats into the buffer tanks/Intermediate Tank Farm (ITF)
- Chemicals make-up:
- Debug and transfer dry chemicals
- Make up chemical solutions
- Quality:
- Comply with HACCP, QCP and ISO requirements
- Monitor and control the product quality (changes in raw material specs, processing conditions, etc.)
- Make process changes in order to meet required standards or product specifications
- Adjust product formulations in order to meet required standards or product specifications
- Conduct bottle blends
