- In my free time , I enjoy reading books and watching videos on psychology and personal development, which allows me to better understand human behavior and improve my interpersonal relationships. I find this is a way to enhance my ability to adapt and innovate in all areas of life. Physical activity has also always been a passion for me , practicing yoga, gym visits and regular walks help to improve my discipline, mindfulness and stress management.
