Discuss customers needs and advising them on the most suitable vehicle. Arranging test drives and demo drives. Negotiate the sale price of vehicles, including any trade in price for customers' old cars. Work out on finance arrangements, which may include cash or finance applications. Highlight additional products to customers such as accessories and after sales services. Complete associated paper work and pre- delivery inspections. Update inventory lists, placing orders for new cars from manufacturers and arranging swap deals to suit the customers vehicle needs.
