• housekeeping skills related to work environment, tools, and equipment.
• Maintenance of equipment according to quality control standards.
• grinding, cutting and shaping metal and other raw materials.
• operating machines such as Milling machine and central lathe to manufacture parts.
• performing regular maintenance on machinery, such as pumps, gearboxes and conveyers, diagnosing and repairing any faults.
• checking assembled metal parts for accuracy and fit using precise measuring tools.
• cutting, threading, bending and fitting hydraulic and pneumatic lines , pipes and reading drawings.

•Duties Include :

•maintenance and repair of systems, machines and equipment.

• Inspecting and Troubleshooting machines .

•Reading and interpretation of Drawings .

•Interacting with clients and training clients on ABM Machines .

• DUTIES INCLUDES .
• operating of manual lathe machine, turning to micron .
• drilling, tap operation of manual milling machine, blocking up ,edge finding , cutting slots and drilling
• maintanance of machines repairs to spindle and lathe chuck operation of CNC milling machine .
• knowledge of G and M codes clocking up and setting up of vice chuck and dividing head.
• operation of surface grinder, grinding to micron
• Reading of drawings and assembling parts as per drawing.
• Troubleshooting.
• Housekeeping and maintenance of tools

• DUTIES INCUDES
• maintenance of dump trucks
• installation of hydraulic cylinders installation of pump and PTO Replacement of seals and valves .
• machining and skimming of disks .

• DUTIES INCLUDES
• maintanance of manufacturing line
• pump maintenance pneumatics and hydraulic maintenance of pips and valves welding of broken rail maintanance of bottling machines and fillers.
• Regular machinery inspections and make adjustments or repairs accordingly.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Maintenance of Conveyors .
• Housekeeping .
