Managed and worked the entire renovation of a managers cottage which included:

• Roof repair (asbestos)
• Complete overhaul of bathroom + installation of a shower
• Installation of a kitchenet (plumbing included)
• Floor slab leveling throughout the building (concrete and cement)
• Tilling
• Built-in cupboards, wardrobes & kitchen units
• Brick and cement chimney completion
• Expansion and reinforcing of indoor fireplace
• Exterior tool shed construction
• Gravel pathing
• Interior wall and ceiling repair and painting
• Exterior wall repair and painting
• Property perimeter fencing

Worked for Lesley Sterling and then later Jeanette O'toole at the Post House Restaurant, during this time I did the following jobs:

• Waiting tables
• Worked the coffee machine and steamer
• Worked the blenders for smoothies and milkshakes
• Limited work with food preparation, however in-depth knowledge of the food served
• Assisted in the preparation and serving for multiple functions, including a small wedding
• Frequently assisted kitchen staff with dishes and cleaning staff with facilities maintenance
• Assisted with stock, suppliers deliveries and orders
• Time as a front of house manager
• Trained two replacement for myself

During this project I was part of a small team that renovated three buildings on a smallholding as well as constructing and installing farming infrastructure.

This project included the following:

• Ceiling and insulation installation
• Re-tilling two of the buildings floors and walls
• Complete renovation of a bathroom
• Construction of a second bathroom
• Installation of dividing walls
• Removal of old doors and windows
• Installation of new doors, windows and the re-building of walls
• Repair and re-plastering of damaged and aged walls
• Repainting interiors and exteriors
• Construction of awnings
• Erection of a car-port
• Installation of built-in counters, cupboards and dressers
• Complete interior furnishings (Cornice, skirting, finishing trim)
• Construction of multiple animal pens, stalls and shelters
• Fencing (Post, wire and mesh)
• Installation of water storage and mainlines to buildings.
• Installation of rain collection (gutters, storage tanks)
