  • Primary purpose of the role is to lead Learning related activities associated with group wide corporate/ functional Learning activities, providing day-to-day system support, development and maintenance of the Learning support governance framework, quality assurance, management of the end-to-end learning life cycle of a course/program and for all learning related project activities as defined by Group Learning.   • Provide direction to direct reports: Learning system analyst and Global Learning Supervisor.
  • Provide technical and operational support on SuccessFactors LMS and other enabling systems (SAP, Learn+, Xyleme, SNOW etc.).
  • Contributes to the periodic system testing to ensure that the LMS ecosystem is functioning as designed and ensure all releases are coordinated for deployment.
  • Lead projects effectively and efficiently through compiling business requirements specifications, RACI matrix, testing, training, preparing training documentation and implementation in accordance with Group IM standards and Group Learning governance framework.
  • Troubleshoot incidents received, investigate, and resolve in a timely manner.
