• Kopanong Precinct - The project arose from the Gauteng Provincial Government (GPG)'s ownership of 19 buildings in the Johannesburg central business district that needed refurbishing. It sought to accommodate several GPG departments in one precinct and a PPP framework was considered the best solution to enable the provincial government to partner with the private sector to deliver the precinct. I was part of the team that designed three buildings: 30 Simmonds, 69 President & 78 Fox
