I have worked with and continue to advise some of the leading organisations as an Independent Business Development Consultant, helping them unlock new markets, structure strategic deals, and drive sustainable revenue growth. After so many corporate years in investment banking industry and nearly a decade as an entrepreneur, my insights and experiences from start-up ventures and co-founder-led companies have resulted in me starting Encore Strategic Partners that I am running right now - bringing a wealth of expertise in business consultation, business development, sales, Training & Development, ESD, ESG and business engineering, all focused on creating efficient value chains. I've successfully grown these businesses on behalf of clients, and now, at the advisory level, I continue to guide them in their ongoing success. I also do speaking engagements on business.
