Quality Improvement:

• Provide quality improvement technical support to district and sub-district management teams: Assist is the establishment and running of operation Phuthuma nerve centres.
• Develop quality improvement capacity within Department of Health management teams
• Assist Department of Health management teams to use data for improvement.
• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop and monitor improvement projects at district, sub-district and facility level.
• Capacity building for quality improvement within Aurum and Department of Health.
• Analyzing data for reporting and project design purposes.
• Assist in implementation of Quality Improvement activities by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to identify gaps in service delivery and to identify and set improvement priorities.
• Continuous report writing, recordkeeping of all working procedures, identification of gaps, development and implementation of new procedures and standards.
• Follow-up on the implementation of changes and comment on improvements, ensure continuous improvement.
• Guiding and directing stakeholders in the development, implementation and measuring of quality improvement initiatives

Training:

• Conduct training workshops to build Quality Improvement knowledge for all levels of and partners staff.
• Facilitate learning sessions and collaboratives.

Mentoring:

• Provide formal mentoring to managers and facility level staff, to ensure skills transfer.
• Capacitate Quality Improvement coaches and manage their day-to-day functions accordingly.
• Liaise with External and Internal Customers.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with management teams'
• Form and maintain close working relationships with various specialists within Aurum and other organizations to ensure appropriateness and correctness.
• Represent Aurum at organizational and external stakeholder meetings.
