I am a Food Technologist, with a BTech in Quality Management. I am a passionate food safety and quality management professional, with working experience varying from conducting internal and external food safety audits; food safety management systems, laboratory work and production planning and management. I am looking to further broaden my experience in the food and beverages industries through certification auditing, internal auditing, food quality assurance and food processing. I am a detail orientated, self-driven, diverse and adaptable individual, who functions well within a team or unsupervised. Job overview

  • Maintain and improve technical standards of the local supplier base to have consistency of product delivered.
