• Spearheaded the transformation and integration of two ports (NMB Ports) into a single operational model to streamline operations to deliver value added service to all stakeholders.
• Led the merger and turnaround of Port Elizabeth Terminals business units into a transformed business unit that has consistently achieved all KPI and continue to add value across sectors – automotive, containers, manganese and breakbulk.
• Successfully established Transnet Port Terminal's first business venture outside South Africa in Benin – SOABAMAP/TRANSNET Business Venture.
• Spearheaded the R11bn Ngqura Container Terminal (NCT) project, overseeing the setup and commercialization, which culminated in its official opening by the State President in 2012.
• Consistently achieved volume and operations KPIs, driving growth across multiple priority sectors – Automotive, Minerals, Containers and Break-Bulk / Neo-Bulk.
• Developed and implemented new customer logistic solutions across various ports and supply chain corridors notable – TPT’s first Inland Terminal at Lohatla in Northern Cape.
