Siviwe Dowse

Siviwe Dowse

Chemist
Cape Town

Summary

I currently hold a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry from the Nelson Mandela University (NMU).

I believe that I am eminently suitable for the vacant position. I excel in HPLC AND GC methods of analysis, gained through my practical sessions at NMMU and my 9+ years Lab experience at Aspen Pharma (Port Elizabeth) and Kenvue (Cape Town).

In my time at the Quality Control Lab at Aspen, I worked at two Sections namely, Raw materials and Product analysis. I started working at Aspen in August 2013 and in March 2016 I moved to The Group Product Upgrade department at the Stability section. In 2019 I then got a position as a validation and projects senior analyst. In the beginning of 2023 I started working at Johnson & Johnson who is now Kenvue as a Project Chemist.

I am a self-motivated, positive, confident, ambitious and diligent individual. I’m committed to achieving high standards for competence and professionalism in whatever I do. I believe that I' can be an asset to the company and contribute meaningfully. I am also a smart worker, a team player who is committed to his work and my work presents fine quality in the key responsibilities and skills wanted in a scientist.
