  • As an Oracle administrator (SQL), running queries and pulling out different reports to be used by management and other departments.
  • Remote connectivity (like using Team viewer or Anydesk) when users or staff members need support, making sure they work effectively.
  • Ensuring backups on the servers run daily – running recovery tests of such backups at least once after four months.
  • As an administrator or superuser on our Admin System, pulling out reports and importing necessary info such as premiums, data & some support facilities (how to and assisting the user on what needs to be done to archive certain results)
  • Liaise with suppliers and place orders when we need to purchase new equipment or hardware.
  • Supporting the VOIP telephone lines problems
  • Assisting different departments as a way of learning what they do (in their daily tasks).
  • Responsible for updating and documenting assets data (inventory list of all IT equipment)
