I started to work TJC 2001 as pool casual contractor working as closing space for permanent employees when they go to leave

2005 I got permanent job in production as landfrangie operator on process I start to be sami skill to operate the hole plant

2007 I work as fork lift operator loading to palletizing and offloading the product

2010 I work as acting filler operator to fill the product in the bottles as final product

2013 I work as an syrup maker,syrup maker is to manufacture the products

2014 I work as truck driver in the department of hauling the product from various companies of Coca-Cola in South Africa and I ended up working in 2017

And one of the reasons I take part to the logistics department is the issue of empowering but unfortunately that empowering was designed for distribution not in hauling that was that

Apart from that I was shopsteward chairperson

I know to negotiate

I was a part of EE

I was part leading the process of the empowering the black owner driver

I was sitting in hearing to protect the interest of the employees

I was part of wellness ambassador regarding the chronic diseases and counseling to assist the employees

I have experience of talking to the people and making them look issues in the bigger picture
