I am a highly diligent, organized and dynamic individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration, which has equipped me with strategic thinking skills and management mindset that allows me to think beyond the basic skill set needed to execute tasks.

My experience in Project and Programme Management has provided me with multitudes of skills such as planning and organizing skills, leadership and project management skills, (where I can oversee the entire project, supervise, and train project teams), and management of project information systems including information management where I control and effectively manage project information and documentation.

Furthermore, my attention to detail and my ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines sets me apart. I am a master networker, a relationship builder, and an excellent team player, and I pride myself on my ability to find solutions to problems and coming up with creative remedies. One of my greatest strengths is my excellent communication skills, I know I can inspire and motivate people to do their best.

  • Managing the process of reporting the performance of the projects for each quarter of the financial year (Quarterly Performance reporting), by ensuring Project Administrators provide accurate information and documentation requested, such as signed Request to Issue / Advertise (RTI/A) documents, Letter of Appointments (LOA's), Completion Certificates including Cost Reports, and upload them on MyContent for easy accessibility to users including auditors.

  • Managed the entire project of building 27 RDP houses (45sqm) in Vredenburg (Saldanha Bay Municipality) as a sub-contractor and completed the project ahead of schedule
