- Enhanced equipment reliability by performing routine maintenance and calibrations on instrumentation systems( gas analyser, dp transmitter, level indicator, temperature Transmitter and weight feeder).
- Assisted in troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in instrumentation systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards were met.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills when faced with challenges related to equipment or system malfunctions.
- Troubleshooting in the engineering station for siemens plc and ABB plc. Install and assign new signals in the hardware of the plc station. Doing graphics( SCADA) for those signals.
- Interpreted technical drawings and schematics, allowing for accurate assembly and installation of instrumentation components.
- Assisted with the training of new apprentices, sharing knowledge and expertise while promoting a collaborative team environment.

- Duties: installation and performing basic maintenance on field instruments, electrical, basic calibration on gas analyzers, installing cables, maintaining housekeeping, installing temperature sensors, installing DP transmitter, working with PLC simenies and ABB, installing VFD and commissioning it using parameters, communication protocol signal cable( profibus, optic fiber and entheneet cable), replacing level sensors, maintain electrical motors, star delta compressor air installation, working on chillers for gas analyser, SCADA and DCS.

- Duties: I got an exposure in maintaining of electrical appliances ( domestic wiring) at university of Johannesburg in a parts of my inservice Training, running motors using motor starters( Dol , forward & reverse, star delta and problem statement), designing traffic light using relay logic & codesys software, working in pneumatic system control valve and Instrumentation circuit of filling a tank with water using electrical pump motor and proximity sensor to stop a pump when the water if full.
