- Take baseline bloods and identify patients that are due for viral load testing according to recent guidelines
- Registering of patients on CCMDD to patients with suppressed viral loads and patients with stable condition (chronic diseases)
- To do holistic examination and provide nursing care plan accordingly by using Guidelines in order to provide quality care to patients
- To reduce death, illness and disability and to promote improved growth and provide the good care to patient
- To do health education to mothers about their child’s illness, measures carried out and possible outcomes
- To ensure the ongoing compliance of treatment to chronic patients
- Performs and documents ongoing assessments including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test results, and patient response to procedural intervention
- Triaging of patients and help those who needs to be fast tracked first
- Attend emergencies and prioritizes nursing interventions commensurate with patient’s needs
