Execution and activation of the Marketing and communication plans working in
collaboration with 360 Channel partner and business colleagues, Inclusive, but not
limited to the following:
- Completing and actioning the micro-detail of the marketing campaign briefs
- Contributing to the development and execution of digital strategies by briefing in the
360 partners and ensuring effective execution of our campaigns, as well as post
campaign reporting and budget capturing
- Ensuring the timely and effective execution of all campaigns. Maintaining brand
consistency across all channels.
- Working and maintaining a relationship with 360 partners to ensure that the
overarching communication objectives and big ideas are understood by the 360
partners executing them to deliver an integrated plan across all channels and touch
points.
- Delivering the agreed campaigns and channel briefs by engaging with key
stakeholders and areas of specialization across 360 areas within Marketing including
Agency, VM, Direct, Digital/Online, VM, PR, social media.
- Admin associated with campaigns ie. Payments, Recording and tracking the budget,
pre- production elements, samples, post-campaign reports, approvals
-Managing our weekly trade report for our Marketing Foods team
Working on the foods promotions team doing the following
- Responsible for the smooth running of the Africa portfolio- operationally and end to
end, Inclusive of promo, campaigns (Love Local) and daily operational needs
-Working with the Engen, New stores/ Store extensions and Promo Marketing Managers
to support with marketing materials, such as print/ display, OOH, plasma and social
-Supporting store staff with marketing requests, such as updated ticketing, posters social
Posts, artwork etc.
-Daily difference (print, social , plasma, online) rotation for both Local and Rest of Africa
Working on the Superdry Brand doing the following:
-Working closely with and supporting the Marketing Manager in the customisation of the
global marketing strategy for the local market
-Support Marketing Manager with the coordination of all above the line (Digital, radio,
print, PR,Point of sale etc) inclusive of copywriting and reporting
-Working closely with the Marketing manager and planning team to support seasonal
campaigns and sale activities.
-Support sales agents with marketing requests for wholesale customers, inclusive of
catalogues and enriched marketing information
-Coordinate marketing activities and outputs to ensure that it is customer oriented and
leads to an improved customer experience, inclusive of assisting with CRM
management and liaising with store staff and our operations and VM teams to ensure
that they are equipped to perform optimally.
-Assisting in conceptualisation of media communications (emailers ,look-books landing
pages)
-Assist with coordinating and delivery of seasonal ticketing and in-store messaging
-Effectively help manage all projects to ensure adherence to critical paths, from
collecting samples through to Internal review, creative sign off and execution.
-Build and maintain effective relationships with Buying, Marketing, Sales Management,
VM, Digital, Online, Social, DM and Agency to deliver seamless communication to the
Customer.
-Project Management: Responsible for the smooth running of portfolio-operationally
and end to end
-Product management: Liaising with various groups to collate product and ensure that it
gets to where it needs to be in order to meet deadlines.
-Office administration (Marketing and finance related)
Admin duties include but are not limited to:
-Scheduling and coordinating meetings and handover times
