  • Oversee the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staff.

  • Discuss all disciplinary charges managers, submit all disciplinary reports to HR City and ensure HR City’s diary is maintained and all parties duly informed

  • Compile Monthly & weekly reports to the HR Manager (Affinity and new engagements and weekly terminations
