I merchandise my stock make sure it’s available to customers

• I display some of the high risk items for the customers to feel what they are buying such as cell phones and laptops
• I make sure all of the merchandised and displayed stock have prices
• Make sure all our stock is with the correct prices
• I sell the stock to the customer by interacting with them, listen what they want and sell them what they need
• Some of the stock that I am selling requires it to have insurance which is within the benefit of the customer to buy it and me as a Salesperson to sell it to the customer
• I also assist to the clean the store making sure our stock is clean and neat
• I also register extended warranties for some of the items that are being bought by customers through our online system
• I type quotations and do follow ups as a way to bring more sales.
• I assist in receiving stock,I also assist in issuing online orders,cashing up cashiers,I also assist Fidelity service group when they come to work at our store.
• I print out sales and present them to our team and go through them in terms of where we are lacking and what we can do to improve. We also discuss sales key dials,places we need to focus to and I come up with a Sales action plan for that month.
• I also assist in conveying emails that are sent by our head office to help to carry out our daily operations.
• I also monitor promotions that are coming,check stock availability ans what we need to get or order from our suppliers.

• At Incredible Solution I was hired as a Technical guy assisting customers with the problems they have with the products, fix those I can’t manage to fix some of the faulty item I would send them to our head office IT support department
• I am also displaying some of the items as the job I am doing now is similar to my previous job
• I was also selling when Game Staff was not available interact with customers advise them on what they should buy
• I was also involve in booking repairs for customers to be fixed, organise collection for the faulty items.
