The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Assistant role at WeBuyCars assist with finance and insurance function, ensuring that the deals pre approved, validated (Final approvals) are closed while delivering exceptional customer service. The role combines sales drive, analytical thinking, and operational discipline to achieve finance targets with integrity and accuracy. Assisting the F&I process and ensuring that we maximise where we can. As an assistant we also Build strong relationships with customers, staff, and banks. Managing our leads is like managing our life as an assistant it is one of the main functions I focus on a daily basis. Getting applications in and loaded then making sure that docs are received giving proper feedback to the Banks, F&I and Sales Executive. Assisting as a bridge of communication and picking up where a Sales Executive or F&I might need more assistance, bringing great potential to the team and helping with closing more deal.

I had a beautiful experience at CCI where i was a Customer Service Representative who would also pitch new products and services to the client when they call in.
