- Stakeholder Engagement: attend meetings with DoH Lab & HAST Coordinators, NHLS managers to review lab performance, QA/QC issues, specimen rejection, costs, turnaround times.
- Providing direct support for HIV tester competency following the National guidelines for assuring accuracy and reliability of rapid diagnostic tests for HIV.
- Providing technical support on CLI/laboratory impact indicator monitoring , do on the spot trainings ,mentorship on gaps identified and monitor implemented activities monthly.
- Monthly review of NHLS specimen rejection rate reports ( HIVVL,CD4,PCR and TBNAAT to determine facilities with high rejection rate ,provide onsite mentorship and develop quality improvement plans.
- VL Cascade support: assist facilities with tracking of VL awaiting results (use of VL SOP ) on 3tier.net.
- Weekly monitoring of eLABs inactive facilities using daily monitoring tool DMT dashboard and follow up with inactive facilities.
- Users support training, Onboarding of new users, account reactivation.
