In my line of work enlisted below are some of the role I performed;

• Implemented safety measures to enhance workplace safety and compliance standards.
• Performed preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems of equipment.
• Identified potential problems before they become major issues requiring costly repairs.
• Assisted technicians in troubleshooting complex system problems, enhancing overall machinery performance.
• Replaced worn or damaged parts to restore equipment functionality.
• Inspected, operated or tested machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Followed established safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintained certifications and completed training on systems and components.

The following are the machines exposed to;

• Bell B 50 E, Bell B 45 E, B 30 D, B 40 D, Cat D 8 dozers, Komatsu D275 dozers, Liebherr DL756Dozers,Volvo EV750, EV480, EV380 excavators, Kobelco EB220, EB850 excavators, Cat 140G, Bell GD772 and Komatsu GK675 graders.

During my stay at the company below were some of my roles as a HER technician and forklift operator;

• Diagnosed mechanical issues in heavy equipment for timely repairs.
• Utilized diagnostic tools to identify faults and determine repair needs.
• Conducted routine maintenance on various machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborated with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Managed inventory of spare parts and tools for efficient workflow operations.
• Read and understood diagrams and schematics to accurately perform repairs.
• Reassembled equipment components after repairs to ensure functionality., completing inspections, testing or repairs.
• Operated forklifts to efficiently move, load, and unload materials, ensuring safety

Machines and equipments exposed to are;CAT and HELI forklifts, Groove and SANNY mobile cranes, Volvo, Benz, Man and Shacman trucks,Toyota and TATA vehicles etc.

• During my stay at the company I learned how to maintain and repair various types of machinery and equipment.Also Conducted regular inspections, identifying and addressing mechanical issues to enhance equipment reliability, which including greasing and ensuring that the vehicles are well lubricated.

Some of the vehicles exposed to are; Toyota brands, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Isuzu and many others.

During my stay at the company I the following are some of the roles performed;

• Conducted maintenance tasks and inspections on machinery, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Received training in equipment repair techniques and procedures.
• Assisted in operations within Loco Shop Department.

• Groove mobile cranes, Tadano mobile cranes and shuttle mobile cranes.

• As well as serving of standby generators.
