-Drafting cases on Lawyerly

-Attending to Criminal, Civil, Labour & Family files

- Managing litigation claims in cooperation with the Head of Department and in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Claims Policy and any other policies provided by the Chief Risk officer or Head of Claims;

-Drafting claims and submission thereof to the Merit Assessment Committee;

-Organising referrals/instructions to accredited panel attorneys;

-Follow repudiation/exclusion procedures in accordance with the claims policy and legal operational manual;

-Monthly case management of the files until finalization of the matter, which will include not only obtaining feedback from a Service Provider but also questioning the Service Provider if the service provided is sub-par, not in accordance with the laws of South Africa and will cause the policyholder and/ Law For All prejudice;

-Manage invoices/accounts received from Service Providers;

-Complying with all the provisions contained in the Claims Policy.
