Developing and implementing a proactive sales plan according to agreed target. Identify and build relationships with clients and capture sales. Negotiate with clients on premium and quotation. Follow with management regarding target and premium. Financial needs analysis and underwriting disclosures.
Update outstanding details on the clients policy. Upselling value added products. Upselling other products that the clients have not covered with King Price eg car, building, home content, warranty. Updating and making changes on the clients policy. Handling queries from clients and transferring to the correct department.
Identifying potential customers through various methods such as networking, referrals, and market research. Meeting with potential clients to assess their energy needs, explain solar technology, and discuss how solar systems can meet their requirements. Preparing and delivering presentations to showcase the benefits of solar energy and providing detailed proposals, including cost estimates and potential savings. Negotiating terms and closing deals, which includes addressing any objections or concerns the client might have. Providing ongoing support to clients throughout the installation process and addressing any issues that arise post-installation. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to effectively position and sell solar products.
Researching and sourcing potential clients and building long-term relationship. Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation to discuss insurance products. Advise clients in the insurance products that best suit their needs. Fill out and submit applications, and send quotation as per clients request. Email approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risk on the policy.
Receive, register and distribute incoming claims. Capture and compile payment in BAS system. Confirming the availability of funds and completing expenditure approval before payment. Controlling and safe keeping the documents related to payments requesting expenditure reports from BASIC accounting system. Ensure PFMA are being followed and considered before payment is done. Checking compliance with financial prescripts and regulations on HR related transactions, procurement procedures and payment batches. Ensuring that smooth running of the mangers office by handing all correspondence and queries requiring the attention of the Director.
