My main objective is to achieve the maximum experience with the industry that includes working with peers and obtaining the necessary skills such as people's skills to overcome daily challenges. I'm a BA graduate at the University of Johannesburg in which I majored in Isizulu and History and English as an elective module because I've always wanted to be a teacher.

In depth knowledge on CAPS education system and proficient in the languages I teach, I am very proficient in lesson planning and instructional designs that ensure that the content is explained in a way that can be easily understood by learners. I am able to use technology and multimedia teaching resources to enhance learning. I am an accurate person and know how to deal with people or learners in a classroom environment, I also possess the ability to interact with people and able to control situations that may seem beyond control. To enhance my professional skills, capabilities and knowledge in an organization which recognizes the value of hard work and trust me with responsibilities and challenges. Good communication skills, strong work ethic, always willing to learn and help others, High driven, time management skill this help me to prepare prior for my lesson and be able to give learners enough time for the lesson and make time for those who are willing to ask questions related to the less., ability to adapt my teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners, ability to use technology, self and classroom management skills. Since we as teachers we are dealing with different types of learners this is when emotional intelligence comes in because not all learners are the same they are different and there are different strategies/method they use to understand.
