Receive incomplete weld packs from supervisor register it on the Register spreadsheet. Recieve NDT reports from the NDT coordinator put it together with the relevant weld pack,according to the NDE number then capture the weld packs in the Weld pack system creating a safe database. I then print out comprehensives to complete the weld pack,take it to QA/QC to be reviewed and approved for the client,make copies of the complete and approved weld packs then create a transmittal for weld packs take the original complete and approved weld packs with the transmittal to the clients and then register the Weld card/NDE number of the weld pack on the Complete and issued spreadsheet allocate it a ref number then file the copy.
