• Assisting with guest requests:Captain’s Club (Loyalty Program) membership benefits, special requests, and any other needs that fall under the scope of the Captain's Club.
• Facilitating Captain's Club events:Organizing events, maintaining materials, and ensuring a smooth experience for members.
• Serving as host/hostess: Interacting with members at various events, such as Welcome Toasts, cocktail parties, and Wine Tasting events.
• Maintaining materials and supplies: Keeping a sufficient stock of Captain's Club materials, such as brochures and event flyers.
• Handling special requests: Making arrangements for dining reservations, shore excursions, or other activities that require pre-booking.
• Supporting members: Providing a friendly and helpful presence to enhance the overall experience for Captain's Club members.
• Guest Relations: Assisted the Guest Relations/Services team by standing in as a Guest Relations Officer whenever the department needed assistance.
• Sales: Assisted guests with purchasing of drinks, internet and dining packages.
• Coordinate with other departments: Providing information to various departments such as Future Cruise Sales with specific discounted amounts that apply to guests that are under the loyalty program.
• Entertainment Department: Assisting the entertainment department with participating in Officers VS Guests activities such as pool volleyball, Safe Archery and more.
