▪ Liaising & communicating with various Public Transport Stakeholders on Registration and Licensing matters.

▪ Overall liaison with the stakeholders Involved in transport i.e., Commuter, the Taxi Industry, Bus industry, local authorities, Politicians and Provincial Government.

1. MINMEC for Transport – Represent the Province on the Technical capacity on Transport matters.
2. Committee of Transport Officials (COTO) – National structure that deals with technical analysis and packaging of Transport Strategic Matters to be considered at MINMEC; one represented the Province.
3. National Transport Working Group – Deals with streamlining the transport integrated planning on land transport (member).
4. Provincial Transport Planning Committee – Ensure synergy on transport strategic programmes with the province (member).
5. Transport Infrastructure Committee – Serve as a member of a committee that develops departmental infrastructure plan.
6. Transport Portfolio Committee - Serve as department official departmental labour.
7. Labour Appeal Committee – Serve as a member of the appeals committee that deals with disciplinary matters.
