• Identify and quantify project needs and assist in development of detailed specifications for projects
• Work with contractors to determine scope of work and timelines
• Prepare detailed estimate
• Manage project schedules
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients
• Assist with preconstruction, construction, and postconstruction activities, including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress site visits, punch walks, and construction closeout
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure all materials on hand match the plan and specifications
• Document quality assurance and safety inspections

• To be familiar with all equipment and plants to be hired to execute the project, align with procurement which equipment and plants will be needed according to project timeline.

· Responsible for the work packages execution for the Industrial Development of the Program at the Plant(industrial footprint, Plant equipment selection (new / reuse / share), tbc Plant layout, Standardized Work and Work Instructions, industrial trials.

· Responsible for the launch planning and budget from Phase 2A(Product & Process Design & Development) till execution GR4( Gate review/ series production).

· Starting from phase 3(Production Setup & Pre-

Series), be responsible for HSE and ergonomic convergence in the Plant

· Define the Industrial Development Launch team required resources in terms of workload, competencies and profiles.

· Lead the Industrial Development Launch team to ensure Industrial Development and Plant launch readiness by conducting reviews, assigning tasks, driving accountability.

· Ensure preserial builds according to customer requirements, for components supply delivery on time, conformity of parts delivered (PPAP items assessments)

· Validate tooling and equipment, automats (R&R, capability), final handover between plant and ME Team.
