  • Initiated programme strategies and entries, discovered programmes for acquisition, evaluated new content of international pipeline and formats to be localised, managed themes, promotions and graphics plans, and specified and authorised promotional materials all of which boosted brand and viewership.
  • In conjunction with Research outlined best possible monthly grid creations based on short/long-term data, and assessed daily/competitor ratings and market trends to strengthen programming & Scheduling strategy which in turn grew ratings and resulted in achieving hourly and daily scheduling targets and ratings.
  • Developed and disseminated programming info and changes to South HQ, and marketing and commercial departments, produced reports on programming activity entailing TV market place, wins, obstacles and solutions, and leveraged research to introduce new methods which optimised programming performance and efficiency. MTV grew 100% and MTV BASE 50% over my tenure for ages 15-34.
  • Monitored Ad Sales and Marketing projects for compliance with editorial strategy, quality standards and legal requirements, and delivered plans in advance to assist Commercial Sales and Sponsorship teams all of which led to revenue opportunities for programming without compromising channel integrity.
