• I completed my rigging certificate at Impala Platinum mine in Rustenburg . I have 15 years of experience in mining industry, within the the periods i was in the mining i have managed to have the following certificate within the mining Sector industry.
• I have an over head crane certificate that i was lifting heavy duty loads within the mining and outside the plant areas.
• I manage to obtain again Safe lifting certificate, the role of the certificate its to give me access to withdraw slings or rigging equipment from rigger shop, inspect the rigging equipment that i am using wether its still safe to be reused or needs to be hospitalize.
• Rigging certificate. The below are the course contents i have done while doing my certificate below;
• kinetic lifting techniques and practices
• Handling heavy and awkward loads
• Application and correct use of slinging methods
• Use safe working loads and inspect fibre ropes
• Use safe working loads and inspect of steel wire ropes

• Plan the execution of equipment for a task
• Identification and use of crane signals
• I am a principal Trustee or a board member of the 3rd biggest fund in the country that is consist of 360 000 members which is MIBFA.
• My responsibility in the fund its to administer the affairs of the fund,looking after the money of the workers take key decisions in dealing with the usage and payments of the retired employees,death benefits,and to make sure the money of workers its been invested properly, other thing its to Amend the Rules of the fund to be signed by the FSCA, as it is the highest structure that monitor the fund.
• The other critical part or role its to appoint service providers that are going to take a responsibility in making sure the monies of workers its being invested in a good place to come with other investment incubators to help the fund grows.

During the periods i wa working for Dc Steel constructions i have achieved following in the company, that indeed helps me to grow up in the industry of engineering below.

.I have achieved knowing how to install side protection plates ontop of silos in plant levels

.I have also achieved knowing how to straps chutes under the silos and making sure we rebuild the new conveyor belt,and build the structures of conveyor handrails and gratings.
