Activities

Human Rights defender under SWEAT organisation in collaboration with Sisonke Movement, WRHI, AGAPE, CPC, PHRU and Oasis funded by USAID and Open Society Foundation my role is to track and trace the sex workers in their various working stations, and take their cases where their human rights are violated in any form of deterioration, advocating for the unlawfully arrest for the sex workers, addressing the health and human rights Abuse of sex workers. I am conducting the court support for arrest of sex workers, and dealing with various government departments that are under Justice department as well as policing sector.

Projects

Mother For Future Organisation, Train and participate in building the lifes of sex workers in terms of teaching them how to raise the children as responsible mothers. Providing food, education and shelter for needy children of sex workers. We refer the pregnant sex workers to the clinics for pre-natal assessment and conduct the counselling where needed. Protecting the sex workers against the human rights violation and refer them to relevant stakeholders. Helping them to apply for child support grant and birth certificates for their children by involving social development in this issues. Conducting the outreach for sex workers to compile the reports and send it to head office for quarterly bulletin
