Sibongile has always dreamt of becoming part of Africa’s success stories. Having matriculated in 2014 with a distinction in Business Studies she applied and received her first employment opportunity to work in the retail industry. There she learned the basics of work ethic, handling large amounts of money, and ensuring each transaction is accurate and bonafide. Sibongile obtained her degree in Public Management and Governance in the year 2018 at the University of Johannesburg. Having majored in Governance, Public Management and Political Philosophy she used the opportunity to further her studies in Law at the University of South Africa. In 2018, Sibongile served as a Quality Assurer for Department of Basic Education D12 Examination, which gave her exposure to administrative work in the public sector. In 2019, she served in a one-year internship program as an Office Administrator at Leshauas (Pty) Ltd, which further qualified for her to take on the full role of office administrator. Thereafter, Sibongile served as an intern, which then advanced her to serve as a consultant at Neo Africa Advisory (Pty) Ltd. In the internship served, Sibongile catapulted and diversified her exposure to corporate administrative duties (TRSA Litigation Support, NLTA Project to name a few), tender administration and compliance, project management and project support

  • Under Neo Africa Advisory (Pty) Ltd. as the appointed service provider for the National Department of Land Transport Project: NLTIS Re-design System.
  • As a Project Co-ordinator, I was allocated project management tasks and implement project plans in alignment with Project Charter, ensuring smooth roll-out and compliance of project, through integrated strategies and continuous consultation with client. Part of the project deliverables included systematically monitoring the NLTIS Re-design system, and officials processing applications for operating license for the National Land Transport Operators, facilitated by National Public Transport Regulator, South African National Department of Transport.
  • Project went officially live for the Limpopo Province and Mpumalanga Province by year end 2025. System capturing of new Operating License took place well into start of year 2026, which first Operating License was issued by the Limpopo Province by February of 2026.
  • Project Co-ordinate in the implementation of secretariat role and liaisons between the company and National Department of Transport project.
  • National Public Transport Regulator was declared live by start of year 2026, with a 50% use of the system, citing resource acquiring by the Department in order to obtain full 100% go-live.
  • Contribute in research tasks to developing project plans and project constitutions, strategies and risk analysis on project implementation and training in preparation for rollout / go-live
