Sibongile has always dreamt of becoming part of Africa’s success stories. Having matriculated in 2014 with a distinction in Business Studies she applied and received her first employment opportunity to work in the retail industry. There she learned the basics of work ethic, handling large amounts of money, and ensuring each transaction is accurate and bonafide. Sibongile obtained her degree in Public Management and Governance in the year 2018 at the University of Johannesburg. Having majored in Governance, Public Management and Political Philosophy she used the opportunity to further her studies in Law at the University of South Africa. In 2018, Sibongile served as a Quality Assurer for Department of Basic Education D12 Examination, which gave her exposure to administrative work in the public sector. In 2019, she served in a one-year internship program as an Office Administrator at Leshauas (Pty) Ltd, which further qualified for her to take on the full role of office administrator. Thereafter, Sibongile served as an intern, which then advanced her to serve as a consultant at Neo Africa Advisory (Pty) Ltd.
