Conduct monthly facility Pediatric regimen analysis using the Pediatric dashboard pulled from data on TIER.Net to review gaps in pDTG/DTG50/TLD ) optimization vs NNRTI regimens.
Review TB Identification register to ascertain gaps in implementation of contact case finding; and provide TA on the utilization of the register to trace contacts of newly diagnosed TB patients for both HIV and TB testing, irrespective of symptom screening.
Verify that all data recorded in TB case finding register is entered on TIER.Net.
Provide TA on the generation and utilization of TIER.Net lists of PLHIV on ART that are newly diagnosed and that are virally unsuppressed for prioritized GXP testing and positive case finding to support TB_STAT_D improvement, pillar 1 of both TB treatment cascade pillar and TBHIV cascade.
Provide TA to Data Capturers on capturing of reviewed TB results into TIER.Net and monitoring of TIER.Net results awaiting lists to ensure all outstanding TB results are captured.
Provide technical assistance in the monitoring activities needed to ensure active linkage to TB treatment and TPT, including telephonic or physical community tracking and tracing reviewing the TB identification register and TIER.Net line list.
Filter from TIER.Net frontend PLHIV with no TPT initiation and completion status to identify clients requiring TPT initiation.
Review and update the HIV and ART status of TB patients on TIER.Net.
Monthly monitor the TPT mop up progress in the sites contributing the largest gaps in initiation vs eligible and in course completion.
Collect TPT completion data for accurate reporting of TPT completion rates and analyses of TPT completion gaps.
Support the capturing and maintenance of TIER.Net datasets across HTS, Pre-ART, ART, TB modules at every site support visit THIS guidelines and SOPs including community and facility data.
Support the generation and maintenance of the Missed Appointment Tool (TB and ART) ensuring refresh and outcome updates at every site support visit.
Provide Technical Support on the implementation of THIS SOPs ensuring all line lists, validations and reports are generated timeously and as per NDOH requirement.
Support DoH Facility Manager with completing the data quality review activities to enable him/her to complete and sign off the TIER.Net facility dispatch submission form and TIER.Net SD/D dispatch receipt & submission to NDoH form completed quarterly.
Provide TA to facilities on the use of the next appointment date scheduler to ensure correct recording of treatment pick up dates on the patient folders and TIER.Net.
Conduct a TIER.Net (THIS) audit per facility document finding and add gaps identified into facility quality improvement plan to ensure continues data quality improvement activities being actioned.
Support the facility operational manager with the development and activation of facility level OP implementation plans (in-facility OP activation) as per the province and district roll out plan.
Provide continued support to indicator teams on conducting the indicator assessments, development and actioning of quality improvement plans in line with the Operation Phuthuma methodologies.
