  • I worked with a group of other students; we were tasked to conduct Time studies, Process flow and Standard times
  • The aim of the project was to improve the working instructions within the Warehouse, also to develop a better incentive scheme
  • Develop a process flow to be followed by the pickers
  • Conduct time studies as the pickers are working
  • Use the time study findings to introduce a standard time to perform a task
