My Karate Journey started 16 years ago, I am a 4th Dan Black Belt and currently a Sensei. Karate has taught me self-discipline, respect, self-control, resilience and the ability to focus mentally and physically when required. Karate has taught me to be patient and to keep calm and controlled in stressful situations.


The love for baking stemmed after a few "flops" and "don't ever make this again" opinions. It is a way of showing creativity and self-expression. It also allows me to make others happy by sharing a sweet treat! Seeing the "perfect" cake or biscuits gives me a sense of accomplishment.
