• Primarily responsible for identifying the defects in business Models

•Assists with the formulation and execution of strategic projects by providing the necessary operational expertise and best practice.

• Leads capacity building initiatives that promotes effective M&E
• Manages the storage of monitoring and evaluation data
• Provides M&E technical support

• Performs productivity and Efficiency improvement interventions
• Supports the deployment and Utilization of the Lean and Six Sigma tool
• Project Manages through; Project control, Project administration, Project coordinating
• Ensures Maximized financial benefits in operations and projects
• Develops Process Maps and compiles Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensures correct business processes are employed in all operations
• Involved in analysing operational gaps, enforcing process adherence and applying best practice through continuous improvement initiatives
• Involved in perusing new business opportunities for the company by ensuring operational readiness is in parallel with commercial readiness and streamlining the supply chain in order to accommodate new business
• Provided Logistics solutions for internal and external clients
