  • Company Overview: TMF Group offers a wide range of services and has over 125 offices in over 85 jurisdictions globally.
  • The primary function is to support the Operations teams in various global jurisdictions in delivering their mandates. This entails ensuring efficient and smooth running of all things FIS Private Capital Suite (FIS Investran) related on both the front and backend of the application.
  • Also involved with setting up investor portals, virtual data rooms, fundraising data rooms and digital subscription documents using DocuSign for potential investors on Investment Café (E-Front solution) as well as involved with other projects and exposure to other technologies such as the Atlas data platform by Holland Mountain, the Kyriba platform for payment solutions, Medius for invoice automations, Anaplan etc. and the implementation, development and integrations between these various systems.
  • Solely responsible from the applications support side for generating ISAE3402 reports and ensuring that all the Global jurisdictions (EMEA, APAC, SCNA) comply to audit requirements in my dealings and calls with the auditors on a semi-annual basis.
  • Solely responsible for AD Group management and security, ensuring segregation of data across users of different jurisdictions and access to applications.
  • Solely responsible for the creation of governance/ police reports and checks driven towards ensuring sound data governance across the global databases.
  • Solely responsible for setting up, implementing and maintaining data automations into FIS Investran on the backend of the application.

This entails ensuring efficient and smooth running of FIS (Sungard) systems primarily InvestOne and Investran, data vendors' pricing feeds and supporting tools.
  • The role includes development (and maintenance) of bespoke reports and tools, processing of corporate actions, securities and price uploads.
  • Assisting the operations teams across various jurisdictions: Luxembourg, Jersey, Guernsey, Mauritius, Cayman Islands and South Africa to name a few.
  • Ability to problem solve, think logically, critically and work under pressure with minute to minute deadlines assisting teams with new issues that may arise with no prior knowledge or training on such issues.
