Summary
After the completion of my Honors Degree, I was fortunate to be part of the Barclays Africa Graduate Program - This was a leadership program which I successfully completed in 2014. This programme ran concurrently with the Private Banking academy. The Academy involved extensive training in customer relationships and the importance of provisioning for a wholistic approach to achieving customer satisfaction. With the experience I have gained in the Futures Clearing business thus far I believe I can contribute positively in creating a culture of accountability and providing direction in a leadership role.
