To ensure all motor vehicle accident claims are reviewed and submitted to the Road Accident Fund (RAF) for possible recoveries. General financial administration, including but not limited to B-BEEE, journals, balance sheet recons and creditors.
- Implemented process improvements within the account management team, leading to streamlined workflows and increased productivity.
- Compiled monthly reports of claims lodged, payments received, ageing of lodged claims, claims outstanding from attorneys & RAF, reinsurance claims, archived claims, repudiated matters.
- Creation of suppliers on Sage X3 and ensuring that all documentation in terms of POPI and supplier checklist (including bank verifications) are correct and uploaded
