- KFC is a subsidiary of Yum! Brands and to date there are more than 22 000 KFC restaurants located globally in 150 countries
- My role entails the responsibility for the full human resource function in seven stores in the Western cape region
- In this role I lead a team of 45 managers in the execution of the human resource strategy, initiatives and programmes to 365 employees
