**HUB OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT**
* Conducting Hub opening or closing checks.
* Overseeing the Point to Point hub operations function.
**STAFF SUPERVISION**
* Ensuring that all staff have arrived on time for their shift.
* Ensuring that sufficient staff is available for monitoring of On Demand and Driver dashboards throughout the day/various shift periods.
* Assisting with and ensuring that all On Demand monitoring is conducted efficiently.
**DRIVER NETWORK SUPERVISION**
* Ensuring that all Driver incidents are reported to the Hub Manager immediately.
* Ensuring Driver uniform compliance.
* Resolved conflicts among team members promptly, maintaining a harmonious working environment conducive to productivity.
**COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT**
* Investigation of all complaints.
* Providing feedback on complaints within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving them, with a clear resolution provided.
**ADMINISTRATION**
* Attending to and actioning emails.
* Escalating all issues in a timely manner.
