Shadrack has ten plus years of diverse experience with thorough understanding of many aspects of water systems, including managing design, installation, and operation of water and sanitation systems, staff supervision, and site management in water purification, cement process engineering, chemical manufacturing processes, projects, research and development. He has vast experience in the plant manufacturing and operation field with solid technical expertise in commissioning, solid knowledge of interpretation of operational data and trends. He has also been actively involved in plant monitoring, performance evaluation, process optimization and continuous improvement. He has good knowledge of process control and tuning, project and people management skills, budget and cost control, safety health and environment on the plant. He's a highly dynamic and resourceful team player well versed in developing efficient processes using knowledge of engineering, management and compliance. Comfortable working in a fast paced, challenging, growth orientated work environment and possess a proven ability to ensure that procedures, standards and communications are understood and implemented effectively. Extensive knowledge in handling multiple matters simultaneously and providing quality advice and services. Possess efficient communication skills to liaise with all levels of clients and staff to deliver effective solutions needed to achieve client satisfaction and organizational goals.

• Successfuly commissioned the Hammarsdale Knitting company Effluent Treatment Plant in February 2022 with reduced operational cost from R7.2Million per year to R1.06Mllion per year.
