Career Highlights

  • Adopted a poor performing and bottom ranking sales team at South African Breweries and improved the team to the second highest performing team nationally. Subsequently selected as a pilot team SAB's 1st direct store delivery solution pioneering the current route to market model.
  • Introduced a third party direct distribution model at JT International that grew the market in SA from 2% to 11% over 5 years significantly reducing company overheads and increasing profitability. This model was then adopted and rolled out internationally
  • Established South Africa's 1st ridesharing taxi app (LessGo Rides) that looked to substantially reduce rider costs and almost double driver income per trip
