• Client Service & Project Management
o Build, maintain and nurture relationships with all clients assigned to you through consistent communication patterns and timeous responses.
o Lead & manage all client projects from start to finish
o Service day-to-day client requirements
o Brief required client creative content to design. Review in conjunction with client and approve
o Set up and attend weekly and monthly meetings with the clients
o Develop & maintain monthly client reports, measuring key metrics identified
o Assess client needs and business objectives and pro-actively explore new features and services to exceed client expectations.
• User Support & Training
o Provide basic system support and training to users of clients assigned to you
o Report and discuss any possible user feedback & development requests with management/development team for consideration/action
o Maintain client records and user profiles on an ongoing basis
• Web Content Management & Maintenance
o Manage and maintain client’s content requirements to ensure that correct and updated content is displayed on the BrandHive web app at all times.
o Maintain client pricing in the BrandHive online Brand Store.
• Sales, Orders & Admin
o Action and manage all BrandHive client orders from start to finish
o Approve quotes and artwork
o Liaise with client approved suppliers to ensure timeous order fulfillment
o Liaise with suppliers to brief, source products, approve quotes and designs as well as manage daily supplier delivery
o Liaise with accounts department to ensure timeous invoicing of client orders and subscriptions.
After careful consideration and reading through the job specification, I do believe that I’m a suited candidate and that I can add value to the vacancy. I have never been keen to apply for this position as it offers exciting duties and covers a vast majority of my personal interests and passion that I have. These include administrative support, project management, events coordinating and logistics, client service orientation including engaging and working with guests etc. coupled with 15 years of experience combined in these relevant fields.
I do not shy away from hard work, and will have no problem working overtime, weekends and public holidays to ensure that projects and events are successfully implemented.
