I am responsible for the Company strategy, I continuously improve my ability to formulate these strategies by conducting market research with a focus of identifying trends and consumer behavior which i then evaluate and incorporate/adapt into the companies strategy. When adapting and changing the organizational strategy i focus on two main aspects which are sustainability and environmentally friendly based, with the ever growing demand for environmentally conscious products at the forefront of this approach. I proactively stay ahead of new innovations in our ever evolving world by investing and heavily researching new technologies and AI system as well as blockchain technology which gives me an edge over the marker competitors. I always move forward with caution keeping in mind that over reliance on one business avenue/product is not optimal as i see the need for diversification. I am in Charge of leading all employees at all levels of management within the company and report to the owner and stakeholders.
